
Hello, I’m finally here to make up for lost blog time. Anyway, I’m sharing what went on for the past few months. Here goes!
Work
I finally got a job. I’ve been working for an Australian-based company for almost three months now. It’s been going pretty well, and I don’t think I’ll be going back to the corporate world anytime soon. I feel like working remotely is right for me, especially with my skin condition right now. I do miss the office environment and the in-person interaction, but I just can’t imagine myself commuting every day—the long queues, the endless traffic, the rush hour. I just can’t.
Health
I’ve been gaining weight and I’ve got another psoriasis flare-up. I’m starting to work on my diet and self-control. I just hope I find the motivation to exercise too.
Money
I’ve been spending way too much money for this month of September. I’ve been buying expensive coffees and milk teas. I’ve been ordering food and stuff online. I bought a table and a chair, a new memory card for my laptop, headphones, and the list goes on. This bad habit needs to stop.
As I look back at the past months, I realized I’ve been living an unhealthy lifestyle. I can’t seem to follow through on my goals. I know it’ll be a real struggle to change my usual ways, but I’ll still try my hardest. I can’t wait to get rid of these flaky patches on my skin. I can’t wait to wear shorts and short t-shirts in public again. I just hope everything will be fine again.
By the way, I’ve got my PWD ID last week. Yay for discounts on medicines and medical checkups! The process on how to get one was a breeze. Thanks for the help of our barangay. So yes, hello change, hello October!
